A founding member of HPM&B, Mr. Bach has successfully defended hundreds of complex, high exposure lawsuits on behalf of the nation’s most prestigious academic medical centers, physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals. In addition to trying dozens of cases to verdict, Mr. Bach has successfully argued appeals to the United States Court of Appeals, the New York State Court of Appeals and the Appellate Divisions of New York State Supreme Court. With his experience as a trial lawyer and his training as an appellate attorney, Mr. Bach offers unique analytical insight to his clients.
Mr. Bach has lectured extensively to national and local physician organizations. He has been recognized by his peers as one of the “The Best Lawyers in America” and a “Super Lawyer” for many years. Mr. Bach has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, that publication’s top distinction.
Upon graduation from the Albany Law School of Union University in 1977, where he was an editor of the Albany Law Review, Mr. Bach served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Office of the District Attorney of Bronx County.
