HPMB Welcomes Four New Associates

HPMB is pleased to welcome four new associates to the firm. Each brings fresh perspective and dedication to serving our clients.

 

Jacob Cicero represents hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation across New York. He previously practiced at a NYC litigation firm and clerked for the Superior Court of New Jersey. Jacob earned his JD from Boston College Law School and his BA from Bard College. Amanda J. Colding specializes in insurance defense, handling negligence matters involving elevator accidents, slip/trip-and-falls, and premises liability. She previously clerked for the Superior Court of Alaska and is a member of the NYSBA and NYC Bar Association. Amanda also speaks Spanish and French. Read more about Amanda here.

 

Alejandro J. Colon-Cedeno represents insurance carriers in the defense of personal injury, construction/labor law, and elevator liability matters. A former NYC Supreme Court law clerk, Alejandro has drafted opinions published in the New York Official Reports and Law Journal. He is bilingual in Spanish and English. Ticha Ungboriboonpisal represents physicians and medical institutions in medical malpractice cases, handling all stages of litigation. Previously, she represented clients in construction, real estate, landlord-tenant, and commercial disputes in NY State and Federal Courts. Ticha is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York and the Thai American Bar Association and is fluent in Thai. Read more about Ticha here.
