Jacob Cicero
Associate
Jacob Cicero joined Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach LLP as an associate in 2026. Jacob represents hospitals, physicians, healthcare professionals, and other medical providers in complex medical malpractice litigation throughout New York.
Jacob is involved in all stages of pre-trial litigation, including case development, legal and medical research, fact investigation, discovery management, motion practice, court appearances, and suit evaluation.
Prior to joining HPM&B, Jacob practiced at a New York City litigation firm where he handled a broad range of insurance defense and plaintiff-side litigation matters involving personal injury, transportation-related disputes, and bodily injury and property damage claims. Prior to private practice, Jacob served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic Vicinage.
Jacob earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, where he participated in the Compassionate Release and Parole Clinic and the Juvenile Rights Advocacy Program. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Bard College.
Jacob is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
