Samantha Paulraj joined HPM&B in 2023 as an associate. She represents hospitals, physicians, medical health professionals and institutions in the New York Metropolitan area in complex medical professional litigation. Samantha participates in all stages of pre-trial litigation including discovery, legal research, motion practice, investigation, and suit evaluation.
Samantha has a background in criminal defense and worked as a public defender for five and a half years before joining the firm.
