Emily A. Condon
Associate
An associate at HPMB, Emily represents companies in general liability matters across the New York Metropolitan area. She is involved in all stages of pre-trial litigations, including legal research, fact investigation, motion support, court conference appearance, and managing discovery.
During law school, Emily received the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys Presidential Commendation for her volunteer work for research and assistance for formerly incarcerated individuals. She also performed pro bono work in her local community following law school, drafting estate documents for clients of Jacksonville Legal Aid.
Emily earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2024. She received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from Florida State University in 2020. Prior to joining HPM&B, Emily practiced at a firm in Florida where she handled general liability and construction defect defense matters.
