Dismissal in Queens County
Congratulations are in order to Nicole Attia for winning summary judgment dismissal on behalf of cardiologist Dr. Bhupesh Dhama in a Queens County (Judge O’Donoghue) case involving the wrongful death of a 36 year old married construction worker. Nicole effectively argued that plaintiff’s injuries were a direct result of a massive bleed he suffered postoperatively, and not caused by any negligence on the part of Dr. Dhama.
