Victoria DeMarco

An associate with the firm, Victoria represents physicians, hospitals and health care systems.
Since 2021, Victoria has represented physicians, hospitals and other medical professionals in the defense of medical malpractice matters. Prior to that, she was an associate at a firm that provided representation to clients in a wide range of civil litigation claims including insurance recovery and contract disputes. During law school, Victoria interned at the Bronx Defenders representing clients in child neglect proceedings against the Administration for Children’s Services.
