An associate who joined the firm in 2022, Nicholas defends individual physicians as well as hospitals and other healthcare institutions.
Nicholas handles matters at all stages of pre-trial litigation, with a focus on case development, legal and medical research, discovery, and motion practice.
Nicholas is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He is published in the Syracuse University College of Law Journal of International Law and Commerce, Fall 2019.
Nicholas participated in the Syracuse University College of Law London Externship program during the Summer of 2018 where he was an extern with a legal charity based in London from May-July 2018. He was a member of the executive board of the Syracuse University College of Law Journal of International Law and Commerce, as well as the Syracuse University College of Law’s moot court and mock trial programs. Nicholas was an Executive Director of the Syrian Accountability Project at Syracuse University College of Law (2019-2020), which is a pro bono project founded at Syracuse University, with a focus on documenting war crimes committed during the Syrian Civil War. While at Syracuse University College of Law, he worked as the research assistant for Professor David Crane, former Chief Prosecutor of the Special Court for Sierra Leone and Director of the Department of Justice’s Office of Intelligence Policy and Review.
