David A Dayya

David A. Dayya is a litigation associate representing the defense in medical malpractice suits, including individual physicians.

David handles pre-trial matters including drafting motions and pleadings, legal research, and assistance with case strategy.

David is a member of the New York Bar Association, New York City Bar Association

David is also licensed in New York, and prior to arriving at Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach clerked at Brinen & Associates, a boutique NY firm specializing in corporate litigation and transactional matters with an emphasis in tax.

David was part of the team representing New York Law School at the TYLA regional competition at Nassau County Supreme Court.  He was a proud rower at Bucknell University and in high school.
