We are thrilled to announce that Joseph Alexander has joined our esteemed firm, Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach, as a Partner specializing in medical malpractice law. He focuses on defending physicians, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in high-exposure medical malpractice, product liability, and general liability litigation. Joseph’s areas of practice include medical malpractice, products liability and mass tort, and general liability and commercial litigation.

Since his bar admission in 2011, Joseph has built a strong reputation for his unwavering commitment to achieving the best results for his clients and has honed his trial skills. We are excited to deepen the firm’s trial bar with Joseph’s addition. His practice his defined by his active involvement in all phases of litigation, approaching each matter with diligence, precision, and determination. His keen analytical skills and effective motion practice have resulted in numerous dismissals in high-exposure cases, including those involving multi-million-dollar claims.

Beyond his litigation work, Joseph is passionate about mentoring the next generation of legal professionals. He actively supports law students and young attorneys, frequently speaks at legal and medical education events, and proudly serves as an alumni coach for the St. John’s University School of Law Moot Court team.
