HPM&B’s Products Liability & Mass Tort practice is nationally
recognized for our representation of corporations and other

into the highly specialized area of products liability and
mass tort litigation. We have particular experience in the
defense of medical device and pharmaceutical products and have
represented clients in national multi-district litigations.

high- and low-tech medical devices, exercise equipment,
asbestos, mold, lead paint, lighting products, ophthalmologic
