Partner, Michael Sullivan has been with HPM&B since 2000. Mr. Sullivan defends hospitals, physicians, certified nurse midwives and registered nurses in actions pending in both state and federal court, and in disciplinary proceedings pending before the New York State Department of Health. Prior to joining HPM&B, Mr. Sullivan was a Senior Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, New York.
