A partner in the Connecticut office, Bruce F. Gilpatrick joined the firm in 1980. Mr. Gilpatrick represents private, governmental, institutional, and individual clients in medical malpractice, health law, risk management, physician credentialing, physician discipline and product liability matters.
Mr. Gilpatrick has tried numerous high exposure cases to verdict in some of the most difficult venues of New York for defendants. In addition to defending clients at trial, and in all phases of pre-trial proceedings in the staff and federal courts, Mr. Gilpatrick counsels clients on a variety of health law related matters including risk management and professional discipline and credentialing. Other aspects of his practice involve representation of clients in both asbestos and lead paint related litigation.
Mr. Gilpatrick is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its health law section. Mr. Gilpatrick also lectures to institutional clients on a variety of medical/legal topics.
