Robert B. Gibson is a partner at Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy and Bach, LLP and manages its White Plains, New York office. Mr. Gibson’s practice concentrates on healthcare and product liability law. The majority of Mr. Gibson’s practice focuses on the representation of hospitals and individual physicians in medical malpractice actions. He handles all phases of civil litigation, from inception through trial, and has successfully defended numerous clients through verdict. In addition, Mr. Gibson frequently lectures and writes on various risk management issues facing both institutional and individual clients in medical malpractice litigation.
Mr. Gibson is a member of the New York State, Bronx and Westchester County Bar Associations as well as the Defense Research Institute.
