Kathleen Gallo, who is Of Counsel to the firm, joined HPM&B in 2000. Ms. Gallo represents institutional and corporate clients in product liability, professional liability and medical liability matters.
After her graduation, Ms. Gallo began her practice in The District of Columbia and Maryland, where she defended corporate clients in cases involving products liability, insurance coverage, premises liability, and matters alleging liability under the Federal Employee's Liability Act (FELA).
Upon her return to the New York area, Ms. Gallo continued her practice in the area of products liability, premises liability, construction litigation and professional liability. Ms. Gallo has tried numerous matters in Maryland and New York courts.
