Peter DeNoto joined the firm in 1999 and became a Partner in 2005. He represents institutional, corporate and individual defendants in professional liability and general liability matters, which includes serving as lead trial counsel. His responsibilities include the handling of risk management activities, including pre-litigation investigations, and all aspects of case management once suit is initiated, including participation in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations. Mr. DeNoto also serves as the Administrative Partner and as a Member of the firm's monitoring team that provides consulting services for major national insurance companies regarding financial exposure, litigation planning and handling, and case resolution.
Mr. DeNoto has lectured on risk management issues, and he is a Member of the American Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, and Suffolk County Bar Association.
