An associate at HPM&B, Linda D’Agostino joined the firm in 2009. Ms. D’Agostino represents individual physicians, dentists, physican's assistants, registered nurses and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation. She is involved in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including case assessment, fact investigation, client interviews, motion support, depositions, and court appearances.
Prior to and during law school, Ms. D’Agostino worked in the education administration field. While a student, she served as research assistant to a professor on published comparative constitutional rights articles, as well as interned for a personal injury, premise and products liability firm.
Ms. D’Agostino is a member of the American Bar, New York State Bar, Westchester County and New York County Bar Associations.
