Jesse D. Capell joined the firm as an associate in 2009.  Mr. Capell represents hospitals, institutions and individual health care providers in all stages of pre-trial litigation, including case development, legal research, fact investigation, motion support and suit evaluation.

He previously served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the New York City Law Department.

Mr. Capell is a member of the New York State Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association, where he serves on the Pro Bono and Legal Services Committee.
