Fern H. Block is Of Counsel to the firm, which she joined in January 1999. Ms. Block represents hospitals, physicians and related health professionals in complex medical liability litigation.
Ms. Block defends clients from the inception of litigation through depositions until trial. Additionally, Ms. Block represents clients at disciplinary hearings before the Department of Education.
Ms. Block is a Member of the New York State Bar Association and The Association for Healthcare Risk Management of New York, Inc.
